Morning Walk is a Popular Form of Exercise. People Take to It Recently Much More Seriously. Morning Walkers Get Up Very Early in The Morning. They Go to a Park or River-side Nearby. There They Walk to Take Fresh Air. It is Very Helpful to Make Body and Mind Fresh. Then They Start Walking Continuously For One Hour or So in The Fresh and Cool Morning Air. Morning Walk is a Fine Form of Exercise. It is Very Refreshing Too. It Cures Many Health Problems Like High Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Lack of Appetite Etc. It Helps Them to Be Fit and Fine.
How I Spend Sundays
Sunday is a Holiday. It is Very Important to Me. On Week Days I Remain Busy With My Studies. But On Sundays I Do Different Things. I Get Up Early in The Morning. Then I Go to The Cricket Coaching Camp. There I Practise My Favourite Game. I Return Home at 9.30 A. M.. Then I Watch T. V. Programmes I Take My Midday Meal at 12.30 P. M.. Then I Take Some Rest. In The Afternoon I Go to an Art School. In The Evening I Read Story Books and Listen to Music. On Some Sundays, I Go For an Outing With My Parents. Thus, I Spend Sundays Very Happily.

I Have Many Good Friends. Among Them Biplab is My Best Friend. He Reads in Class VI With Me. We Sit Side By Side in The Classroom. I Love Biplab For Many Reasons. He is Very Intelligent.
