The Boastful Prince

A boastful prince once told his friends, 'Tomorrow, I shall go to the forest and hunt a bear.' His friends said, 'Let's see what he does!' The next day, as they walked through the forest, the prince asked a woodcutter, 'Have you seen the footprints of a bear?' 'Yes,' said the woodcutter, 'I will take you to it's den.' The prince went pale with fear. 'That won't be necessary!' he stammered. 'I am looking for tracks, not for the bear itself!' The Prince's friends realised that he had been lying about her bravery.

Moral Gist:- Boasting does not save you from difficulties.
