The Corn and the Thresher

Once, a sheaf of corn was being thrashed by the thresher. The corn said to the thresher, 'Nature has covered me with a nice green leaf. Humans like me because I am their food, then why do they treat me so badly?' The thresher said, 'Your seeds are eaten by humans. It is only when you are thrashed that your seeds come out. If you are not thrashed then your seeds aren't discovered.' The corn realised that he was considered useful only after being thrashed. He never complained about being thrashed or beaten again.

Morality:- One must not complain as difficulties have hidden blessings.
